Adds a step library to perform parse and unparse operations as described in the Data Format Description Language (DFDL). DFDL is a complementary technology to iXML. While iXML can encode semi-formal to formal textual grammars and produce an XML representation, DFDL can do the same for binary formats. Apache Daffodil is a widely used Java implementation of DFDL and is a natural fit for JVM-based XProc processors; other DFDL implementations could be used where available.
